Hi, Can you please let me know what this means? On page 542 of the Blue Book:
不做默运五行，先做安神祖窍，神光下来到下田后，会返上来，会出现刀圭之功
If you practice Peaceful Shen in Ancestral Orifice without silently moving the Five Elements, the Shen Light will rise up after it reaches the lower field, and you will achievement the Sword Tablet.
What is the Sword Tablet? (刀圭 is it related to Chinese medicine )
